• Jesse and Katrina will meet you either in person or online to discuss your renovation options + wish list.

• If in person, they'll collect all relevant measurements + data so you don't have to do a thing - or guide you through an easy way of doing it yourself if you're virtual.

• You'll receive generic 3D renders + a reproducible, to-scale digital floorplan of ‘what we would do’ within your budget. This includes room-by-room specifics such as furniture, cabinetry sizes + bathroom layouts.

• Katrina will meet you again via Zoom to present + discuss our ideas.     

• One round of edits is included in this package.

Outdoor Space

• Send us the details of your alfresco, pool, or backyard + some example images of the style you like + we'll design the layout of your space; putting it together in 3D so you can be confident to move forward before making a start.

• You'll receive a to-scale floor plan, 3D renders + job notes.

* Flat backyards only. This is a generic service to help imagine possibilities of your space. We are not landscape designers + do not provide advice on material/plant selections.

PACKAGE 2
Extension Concept

• A great way to gain the extra space you may need while remaining in your ideal location.

• We will ensure a sensible + seamless addition design in the best position.

• We will be guided by your discussions with council.

PACKAGE 5
New Build Floorplan Check + 3D

Send us your new build floor plan + we will:

• Check that it’s functional + making the best use of space.

• Make any relevant floorplan suggestions.

• Draw it up in 3D with furniture (generic scandi/coastal style).​

• You'll receive a to-scale floor plan, 3D renders + job notes/recommendations.​

Bespoke Space Blank Canvas

• Send us your room measurements + we'll design the layout of your room(s) + put it together in 3D so you can be confident to move forward with your renovation or build.

• This package is for you if you have one room or a few that you'd like addressed without needing a Complete Floorplan Concept.

PACKAGE 6
New Build Floorplan

• Have an empty block of land + ready to build your dream home?

• Jesse + Katrina will meet with you to discuss your options + wishlist.

• We'll design your floor plan from scratch; ensuring it's functional + using space wisely.

• You'll receive generic 3D renders + a to-scale digital floorplan detailing the layout of the entire house, including room-by-room specifics such as furniture + cabinetry sizes.

• Katrina will meet you again to present + discuss our ideas.

• Two edits are included in this package.
